DO YOU PROVIDE MAKEUP SERVICES FOR ALL SKIN TONES?

  • At Chacha Glam Shop we provide an inclusive and respectful environment for every client. We experience with every skin tone.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR SERVICES?

  • A non-refundable retainer/deposit of 50% of the desired service is required in order to secure appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. This does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice once. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN A MONTH OF PRIOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

  • A remaining balance must be paid by CASH payment upon arrival. All Retainers/Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

  • We are located in The DC metro area. We are available for travel.

  • The exact address will be sent to you in a confirmation email.

  • Travel inquiries are only available for large bridal parties. Please contact us at least a month prior so that we can schedule accordingly.

COURTESY RULES

  1. Please arrive with your brows groomed and remove all unwanted facial hair

  2. A late fee of $25 will be added if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, no exclusions please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled appointments. Client must be seated in my chair ready for make application; not outside, parking etc. If client is more than 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled indefinitely.

  3. Please plan accordingly for your appointments. Its recommended not to book an appointment if you have other obligations right after your appointment. Give yourself at least two hours.

  4. We have the right to deny or cancel your appointment

  5. No calls or text before 9am or after 9pm

  6. Early hour requests can be made upon requests and an extra charge will be applied
